When I start SPSS Analytic Server 3.0 after updating of IBM BigInsights to 4.2, the server cannot start with this stacktrace:

Open the file
/var/lib/ambari-server/resources/stacks/BigInsights/4.2/services/ANALYTICSERVER/package/scripts/port_validation.py
and add the string "import socket" as pointed here:

Save the file and restart ambari-server and ambari-agents (if necessary)
